So, what is Stillawip?  It's a not so subtle amalgamation of Still a WIP, or Still a Work in Progress.  To put it generally, Stillawip is part development journal and part motivational tool.

The biggest problem with learning a new skill is that without some kind of reinforcement it is difficult to keep up steady progress.  In that sense, Stillawip is an effort on my part to hold myself accountable.  I'll drop in regularly and write an update on my project.  The goal is to have one post a week, but that's unlikely to happen with any consistency.

I will only be working at learning one new skill at a time, and this will take place over the course of several months (or even years?).  In any given case, I will have next to no prior experience.  Hopefully, it'll be interesting seeing what progress I can make over time.

As of 5/17/13, I'm working on the Unreal Development Kit.
